This module, as the name suggests, allows access the the Core Booking System from a remote user via the web. Users have to log onto the system giving user name and password for secure connection. Access levels to different parts of the system are predetermined, The program administrator of your site can assign levels of access for the requirements of a particular user.

Your clients can be given remote access permission's to allow them to view their own details and bookings. They are also able to make a preliminary booking or hold a site for an up coming campaign. This is particularly useful if your clients are in a different time zone or work outside of normal office hours. Exception reports alert you to the fact that a client would like to make a reservation for a site and prompts you to make contact with the client to progress this business opportunity.

Sales staff can be given permission's to dial into the system whilst away from the office. This allows them keep up to date with booking and the availability of sites. Prior to seeing a client they can check in the system to familiarise themselves with that clients recent transactions, requirements and possible new campaigns and bookings. With this up to date information they more professional and better able to service your clients needs or ensure that the clients SLA's are being meet.
