| The
signz software package is a booking, billing, job control and management
solution specifically designed for companies that are involved in Indoor
and Outdoor, out-of-home advertising.
signz can also be used by mobile
advertising (taxis, buses, trams) and street furniture companies .
signz does a bit more than just manage sites, bookings and availability, however. signz manages everything from the landowner agreements and payments through to client (agency / direct) contracts, invoicing, sales forecasts and analysis, installation and production control, web site interfaces, mapping and much more. The signz system is comprised of several different modules. These modules all combine to make a complete system suitable for use by companies selling fixed and mobile advertising space. This modular approach means that you can start small and add the functionality that you need as you grow. Wherever possible signz uses MS Office (97 or later) for data export and the creation of standard documents. This gives the user a great deal of flexibility when it comes to using the signz data. signz was also built with the Internet in mind and can be used to easily create powerful web sites that directly use signz data - site information, current availability etc. To explore the different modules click here.
