The core Booking System is the basic building block for a
signz system and is required for
all installations. The CBS module includes the required database, basic
signz executables
and utilities.
The Booking System allows you to enter:
|
|
|
- details of your inventory (site location, size etc) including user defined features and
restrictions,
- client / customer details (both agency and direct) and details of people at these
companies,
- contract / campaign details including each individual site booking,
- sites that are on ‘hold’, allowing preliminary bookings,
- waiting lists for sites,
- internal staff details, allowing the creation of detailed sales by rep etc.

Using this data, signz
can produce a wide range of outputs:

|
- periodic invoices (monthly by default) that can bill for site rentals,
installation, removal and production
|

- site availability listings, including a
comprehensive search facility based on size, area, features and date ranges.
Data can be viewed, printed or exported to Excel.

- basic sales figures, including sales by rep, site etc.

signz
can use what we call 'Virtual Sites' to group
together several sites to provide a larger format site. This can also be
useful for buses.
This 'Virtual Site' setup also allows
signz to
support the sale of sites in pre-built
"parcels", "packages" or "bundles".
